    Product Change very Dissapointing

    I was very disappointed to find that the shampoo bar I have been ordering for year was changed, but I was willing to give it a try and ordered one. Unfortunately the formula has changed so that the bar becomes very soft and "melts" when stored in my shower. I was also not super thrilled with how it felt on my hair.

    Perfect for my soft curls. I also bought a bar Chemist Warehouse and the cashier was interested in what I was buying, as she really liked my hair.

    A new recipe?

    I have loved this shampoo for years but I am still adapting to the new recipe. I don’t find it so volumizing and am finding I have to wash more frequently as it flattens more quickly. On the other hand it is easier to handle .

    I love this shampoo bar.

    I like the new shape of the shampoo bar, which makes application and lathering very easy and quick. It is leaving my hair feeling soft and clean and minimizes my frizzy hair.

    A conditioner is hardly needed.

    Silky smooth hair, no volume

    This shampoo resulted in silky smooth hair, but less volume than the unscented bar that I’ve been using for years.

    We're really sorry to hear the Volumising Bar didn’t deliver the lift you were hoping for — especially after years of great results with the unscented bar. While the Volumising formula includes ingredients like caffeine, biotin, and Epsom salt to help add body and boost fullness, it’s also a slightly richer formulation overall compared to our Gentle Shampoo Bar (formerly Bar Minimum), which is more pared-back and oil-free. That difference might explain why this bar felt smoother but less volumising in your case.
