Where do you ship to? 

    We ship to the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii) and APO/FPO addresses.
    We’re unable to ship to US Territories or Minor Outlying Islands, Central or South America, or Canada. To ship to New Zealand, visit ethique.co.nz.

      How much is shipping?

        Where do you ship from? 

        Orders placed on ethique.com are shipped from our Fort Worth, TX warehouse.

          How long does it take an order to be processed? 

          Our warehouse team operates Monday to Friday.
          Orders placed before 12pm CST will be processed the same day.
          Orders placed after 12pm CST will be processed the next business day.
          Orders placed after 12pm CST Friday will begin processing the following Monday.
          Please note: During busy promotional periods, processing may take longer.

            Which carrier do you use? 

            All orders are shipped using USPS.
