Different amounts

I love ethique but i think the set amounts for gift cards are annoying. $25 is a weird amount for a gift. At least need $30 perhaps even a function to do a custom amount

Excellent Customer Service

I generally don't review gift cards but Ethique's proactive customer service prompted me to write this one. I found an expiration date after buying the gift card and wrote a review cautioning about the expiration date. Within days of my review, a customer service representative reached out, found the technical issue causing the erroneous expiration date for US customers, fixed the technical error, and apologized for their mistake. It's nice to know I can buy stuff from the website with confidence that any error would be promptly and proactively fixed. Ethique definitely earned this five-star review.
