Repairing Shampoo Bar: Easy as 1 - 2- 3: Wet hair and bar. Massage bar directly onto scalp and work into a lather with hands. Rinse completely, follow-up with your Ethique conditioner.

Repairing Conditioner Bar: Post-shampoo, glide bar onto wet hair from mid-lengths to ends. Distribute evenly. Rinse completely.

    Long time since I used this

    I've had a break from ethique for a couple of years as used to buy it regularly... my hair has been very frizzy lately so purchased this to see how it goes. Well worth it as my hair feels clean but not stripped dry. I chopped the bar in half and keep half in my gym bag. Forgot how long the bars last too!! Thanks so much.
