After trying a good amount of curly haircare products, and always having one issue or another with them, I got this because it was one of the only cowash products in my area. I don't know what I was expecting but this somehow delivered everything I wanted. It lathers up nicely and doesn't take much for the whole head (works best when you let it sit a few minutes and add a bit more water, then somehow lathers up a lot more than right when you put it on). It completely washes out (with enough attention to detail), no residue or weighing my hair down, no stripping, and moisturizes perfectly. Hair looks great after. If you have tried no-poo before and liked the results but need to keep up your hygiene like me, this is the solution. I like that it doesn't have coconut oil. It leaves my hair super soft and detangled, smells awesome. This can be a 1-product routine for me, I don't need leave-in with this. You can also use this in rotation with an actual curly hair/clarifying shampoo if you want to do that periodically, the cowash bar works fine in between. As someone who really wants my hair to be clean/hygienic but gets dried out easily, this is it. I definitely feel the cleansing power it's not just oils. And at a good price. It's good for if you struggle with your curly haircare but are done with the consumerism of it all. Def recommend

I have been searching for a solid conditioner bar that actually worked on my hair for awhile. I am glad I heard about Ethique! I have been using it for a several weeks now and love it. Very moist, smells great and also lasts. I was afraid it would dissolve away quickly like some bars do, but it has held up very nicely!
