Unfortunately, we're unable to change or update orders once they have been placed. When an order is submitted, it's immediately sent to our logistics team in another location, who then pick the orders and dispatch them promptly to get your bars to you as quickly as possible. If you've entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at hello@ethique.com as soon as possible. Our warehouse teams work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped, we're unable to update the address.
Orders are shipped in home-compostable cardboard boxes with paper tape, and paper 'bubble wrap' which you can repurpose, recycle, or pop in your home compost or garden to break down. The shipping labels are not home compostable. Please check with your local governing body for the appropriate way to dispose or recycle these items.
Tracked courier (urban and rural) is $5 USD and orders over $45 USD (excluding gift vouchers) receive free shipping! The order value for free shipping is the cart price after voucher codes/discounts are applied.

We ship to selected countries in North America: Canada, United States, APO/FPO addresses and United States Minor Outlying Islands. To ship to New Zealand visit ethique.co.nz.
Orders placed on ethique.com are shipped from our Pennsauken NJ based warehouse.
Our standard processing time is 2 business days, however during busy promotional periods this can take longer. Our warehouse team takes a break from picking & packing orders on the weekend, so orders placed after 9am Friday may not start processing until the following Monday.
USA: Parcels should be delivered 3-6 working days after dispatch. Please note that we cannot guarantee ship time to Hawaii, Alaska or to APO, DPO, and FPO addresses located outside of mainland United States.
Canada (Until October 16th 2024): Parcels should be delivered 6-12 working days after dispatch.
Yes we do! For AFO/PFO's we can't guarantee shipping times as these addresses are located outside the United States.

No minimum commitment required! We want you to feel completely confident with your purchases. If you're not entirely satisfied with your product, you can cancel your subscription at any time.
You can cancel by logging into the subscription portal and clicking "cancel." Please note that this doesn't cancel any orders that have already been processed before your cancellation.

If your order hasn't yet shipped, you can make changes such as updating the delivery interval, adding more products, cancelling, skipping or pausing future orders by logging into the customer portal.
You'll receive a friendly reminder email 5 days before your order is due to ship, giving you time to make any changes or cancel your shipment. If your order is shipping within 4 days, you may not be able to change or cancel that particular shipment.
Your first shipment will process like any normal order placed through our website. It typically takes 7-10 business days from order creation to delivery. All future subscription orders will ship according to the frequency you selected at checkout.
Absolutely! After logging into your customer portal, you'll see a list of eligible products you can add as one-time purchases to your subscription. These will appear in your subscription as "one-time purchase" items.

If you receive an email about a failed payment, simply click the link in the email to update your payment method. Once you complete your purchase, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a link to track your order. You can also receive shipment/tracking updates via email or SMS.
Your order delivery date is based on when the order is placed. If you wish to modify your shipment date, you can do so by clicking the "next order date" button in the subscriber portal and selecting your preferred date. Yes, absolutely! Sharing Ethique with others is something we fully support. We offer the option to gift your subscriptions if you wish. When choosing to skip your shipment, you can opt to gift that subscription to someone else instead.
Of course! You can pause, skip, or change the date of your subscription within the customer portal whenever life takes you elsewhere.
If a product becomes unavailable within the 5-day period before shipping (when we send you an email/SMS), we'll notify you and offer the option to skip this product or swap it for another. We'll then let you know via email when your original product is back in stock.
If a product goes out of stock after your order has been processed, our customer service team will contact you, and you'll have the option to refund your entire order or just the unavailable product.

At this time, we're unable to apply loyalty points for redemption on subscription orders.

Yes, it's possible you may be charged a Foreign Transaction Fee (also known as an International Purchase Transaction Fee), as we have a New Zealand bank account. This charge comes directly from your bank and is outside of our control. If this is your first time shopping with us here at Ethique, we suggest contacting your bank, to check if they charge for international payments or not.
You can purchase a digital gift card via our website which will be emailed directly to your inbox. Gift cards are issued in the currency of the region they are purchased in, so can only be redeemed in this same region. If the recipient of the gift card is in a different region, we recommend purchasing the gift card in the region that they are in. Although we back our bars 100%, we know that trying out solid products can be new and tricky!
If you’ve tried a product and didn’t like it, please email our Miracle Workers at hello@ethique.com and we’ll help resolve any issues you are having. If we can’t resolve the issues with our top tips & tricks, you can return the product(s) to us for a refund of the purchase price.
To be eligible for our return policy, product(s) must have been purchased directly from our website (ethique.com) within the last 6 months and a valid proof of purchase provided. We monitor return activity for any abuses of the system and have the right to limit or deny unused returns in all instances.
