Left Residue in my Hair
Within a week of starting to use this bar, my hair started to hang heavy and limp. I could tell immediately after showering there was a residue in it that was weighing it down.

Our shampoo bars are 100% soap-free and designed to work just like a traditional liquid shampoo, so they shouldn’t leave any residue or build-up. In fact, this particular bar is our most clarifying formula — so we’d love to help troubleshoot what might be going on.

A few usage tips that often help:
💧 Make sure your hair (and the bar) is fully wet before use
➡️ Gently swipe the bar just 4–5 times from root to tip — then put it down and build up a lather with your hands
🧼 Avoid rubbing the bar continuously or lathering it in your hands (that won’t transfer enough product!)
🔁 For oily hair types, a double cleanse often helps — the second wash will lather more easily and deeply cleanse
🚿 And of course, rinse thoroughly — using less product makes this much easier

My hair has never been softer
I have used other shampoo bars and they always made my hair feel dry/stripped after washing it out. The Clarifying Shampoo Bar doesn't give me that feeling. I also feel like I can go longer between washes, which is crazy considering I workout 6 days a week, and I am a head sweater. I honestly don't know what I did without this shampoo bar. I am never going back to my other shampoo again. Plus its more environmentally friendly, so I get great hair and am helping the planet. Its a win, win!
