    Love the shampoo, hard to tell if it keeps brassiness away

    I have been buying this shampoo for years now and really like what it does for my hair texture. It cleans well and doesn’t dry out my hair, and it’s soft and shiny. However I’ve never been able to tell if the purple stays in and tones down the brassy look of my gray hair. All the advice online says a purple shampoo works. This is also the most economical brand out there. I love using a shampoo bar instead of throwing away plastic bottles.
