Too hard, bad packaging

I find this lip balm does not glide, but is so waxy and hard, I have to drag it against my lips, which causes the balm to become mishapen, and I have had issues with the cardboard tube. A short cap would work better.

Thank you so much for your review and I'm so sorry to hear about the issues you've had with our Lip Balm range!

Our lip balms do have a firmer formulation - because they are in home-compostable tubes, a firmer consistency allows them to have better temperature stability which means they won’t melt so easily and can withstand being in your pocket or handbag. This firmer formulation and thicker feeling on your lips also means that the balm is longer lasting (meaning you won’t have to reapply a million times in a day!) and ingredients such as candelilla wax form a protective barrier against moisture loss for supple, healthy-looking lips.

If you’re finding that it’s a little too heavy on your lips, our top recommendation is to apply a little less than you think you need - one or two swipes at most as a little goes a long way and to see how this feels in comparison. Of course, we really appreciate all the feedback on our brand new balms so if there is a way you think we can improve our new lip balms, please do let us know!
