I originally purchased this from a local store based on the box descriptions and after using it (and the Curliosity conditioner) I ordered it from the website along with several minis (shop&cnd) to try after finding the hair quiz.
I have long, fine, low porosity, something between 2a/2b wavy, hair.
I have to say, I can’t believe I made it this long in my life and never knew about hair types or porosity until now!! Thank you Ethique for providing this education on your website. It totally makes sense to me now why some products that seemed to be for my hair type just flat out didn’t work. After using and trying out the shampoos and conditioners I have noticed what used to be frizzy, sometimes unmanageable, flat, lifeless, overly dry ends, super oily roots (lol, of course not all these things all at once… but experiences throughout liquid product trying) these bars have been the BEST experience and hair outcomes. My hair has transformed from unpredictable to balanced and I can go to my personal max of 3 days without feeling mega grossed out with my roots before washing my hair. It’s more of a soft oily feel vs a heavy oily/piece-y feel. On top of that their customer service is on point!!
Something worth noting after reading some other reviews: I saw somewhere that someone said their hair felt tangly after using A shampoo…. if that is the case, try something more moisturizing that doesn’t strip aaaaallllL the oil out your hair. Frizz Wrangler does not do this or even the…
I love how Frizz Wrangler subdues my frizzy hair and doesn't strip away my hair's natural balance while still cleansing it. This product leaves my hair feeling naturally clean and smells delightful too! It foams up easily and is lasting me ages! I won't be going back to liquid shampoo.
